Searches for fake vaccination
cards increased after federal health
officials announced last week that fully vaccinated people
can stop wearing masks
and participate in more activities, according to Jimmy Kimmel
The late-night host described it as "so gross" that people are purchasing fake coronavirus
vaccination cards in order to reap the benefits of vaccination without actually receiving the shots.
“Let us start calling these vaccine
skeptics what they are: freeloaders,” he said.
He then went all out:
“The only reason you're somewhat safe now is because other people got the shot. You're the person who goes to the restroom when the check comes. You're the lady who takes home the centerpieces from a wedding you weren't invited to. You're the guy who brings five napkins to a potluck dinner. That's you.”
“You don’t think it’s you,” he continued, “but it is.”
