On Tuesday, a photographer crawled across the floor in the background of Seth Meyers
' interview with Interior Secretary Deb Haaland
and then tried to hide behind a desk.
“I'm sorry, Secretary. I'm going to interrupt you real quick,” the “Late Night
” host said to Haaland, the nation's first Indigenous Cabinet secretary. “You have a staffer who fully crawled on the carpet behind you, and it is the greatest thing I've ever seen,” he added.
“Sir? Sir, we know you're behind the desk,” Meyers said, prompting the photographer to emerge from their cover.

Meyers revealed on Wednesday that the photographer who had inadvertently stolen the show's identity was Tami.
“I want to apologize,” Meyers said, “for giving a man credit for a woman's job, especially when her job is to be the funniest thing that happened on our show this week.”
