and A$AP Rocky's long-rumored relationship has progressed from a Fenty friendship to a full-fledged romance, or so he claims.
While the music superstar usually keeps her personal life private, she had love on her mind when she spoke to GQ for the magazine's June/July 2021 cover story.
A$AP Rocky declared Rihanna to be "the love of my life" and "my lady" in no uncertain terms.
He didn't say much else, but when asked what it's like to be in a relationship, he said it's "so much better when you find 'the One.'"
“She probably equates to a million of the other ones,” he added, adding, “I think when you know, you know. She’s the One.”
In terms of settling down with the singer and starting a family, the rapper stated, "If that's in my destiny, absolutely," adding that he aspires to be an "incredible, remarkably, overall amazing dad" someday.

For quite some time, A$AP Rocky and Rihanna have been in each other's orbit.
In 2013, he was the opening act for a leg of her Diamonds World Tour, while she played his love interest in the “Fashion Killa” music video
However, things appear to have heated up after Rihanna ended her three-year relationship with billionaire Hassan Jameel in January 2020.
In the months that followed, the two were frequently seen out and about together before teaming up for her Fenty Skin campaign, and fans were quick to notice their chemistry in the various interviews and promotional appearances leading up to the launch.

Cut to photos of the couple kissing while on vacation with Rihanna's family in her native Barbados, a trip A$AP Rocky described in the GQ interview as a "homecoming" of sorts, because his father had emigrated from the country to the United States.
may have slowed life for everyone else, but it seemed to hasten their romance, as the two embarked on a cross-country road trip together over the past year while their creative relationship flourished.
A$AP Rocky stated that the Fenty founder "absolutely" influenced his new music, and that it is "important to have somebody that you can bounce those creative juices and ideas off of."
Hopefully, those thoughts will return, as we are nearly halfway through another year with no new Rihanna music. Be patient, Navy.
