Sean Hannity Goes Full Nihilist Over Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez's Climate Plans
Fox News character Sean Hannity on Wednesday offered a childish and skeptical reaction to Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez's (D-N.Y.) worries for the climate and her unique arrangement proposition, the Green New Deal.
On Wednesday's scene of "The Sean Hannity Show" on Premiere Radio Networks, Hannity railed against the New York Democrat's arrangement for a 1.5 million-in number environment corps to deal with governmentally subsidized activities tending to environmental change. He recommended Ocasio-Cortez was imparting dread in President Joe Biden and Democratic pioneers, House Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-Calif.) and Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer (D-N.Y.).
At that point came the skepticism:
Keep in mind, she advised us, what, a little while back, that we just had 12 years left, the planet, that is it. We just have 10 years to fix it. I'm similar to, if it's done in 12 years, goodness, to hellfire with it. We should simply have a major gathering and you know, eat, drink, and grill and be joyful, on the grounds that we're not going to have the option to fix it the way she's proposing. Insufficient cash. You can't print the cash for this.
Tune in to Hannity's remarks here:
Ocasio-Cortez in 2019 asserted the "world will end in 12 years in the event that we don't address environmental change." A United Nations board featured the terminal peril to the planet if the emergency isn't tended to.
Preservationists took the "12 years" cautioning in a real sense, utilizing it to assault Ocasio-Cortez.
To which she terminated back on Twitter:
This is a strategy of the GOP, to take dry humor + mockery in a real sense and "certainty check" it.Like the "world closure in 12 years" thing, you'd must have the social insight of an ocean wipe to believe it's literal. But the GOP is essentially Dwight from The Office so who knows. https://t.co/pmkwrdeAnq—Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (@AOC) May 12, 2019
